Project Summary: Conducted a thorough review of sales incentive plan effectiveness for account management professionals in the United States, Europe and Asia Pacific. Facilitated a group of sales management, finance and human resources professionals to identify plan challenges and outline alternate plan designs. Plan design challenges included: distribution channel conflict, new product integration, customer retention, and volatile sales results. Utilizing market best practices, developed plan recommendations to overcome plan challenges and align sales incentives with the company's strategic plan. Presented results to the CEO, CFO, and VP of Sales Operations.
